摘要
通过文献阅读、现场访谈和问卷调查,识别和确认了电煤供应链存在的主要风险源,细分后共得到16项次级风险因素;基于事故树分析法,建立了电煤供应链风险评估的指标体系;运用基于加速遗传算法的层次分析法(AGA-AHP),对电煤供应链风险的大小进行了评估.通过算例分析验证了该方法的有效性.
Through literature reading,interviews and questionnaire survey,the major sources of risks and 16 secondary risk factors for the power generation coal supply chain are identified and confirmed. Risk assessment index system for the power generation coal supply chain is established by using the method of fault tree analysis. The degree of risk for the power generation coal supply chain is evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process( AHP) which is based on accelerating genetic algorithm( AGA). A numerical example verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
