氨基改性PBO的BB型单体合成研究

Research on synthesis of amino-modified PBO BB type monomers

以对苯二甲酸(TA)为原料,经混酸硝化反应和以乙醇为溶剂、Pd/C为催化剂、水合肼为还原剂的还原反应分别制备得到单氨基改性PBO的BB型新单体2-氨基对苯二甲酸(ATA)和二氨基改性PBO的BB型新单体2,6-二氨基对苯二甲酸(DATA),优化了物料配比、反应时间和反应温度等因素对产品收率和纯度的影响,得到了较佳实验条件,并对目标产品2-氨基对苯二甲酸、2,6-二氨基对苯二甲酸及中间体进行了FT-IR和EI-MS表征确认.

The amino-modified PBO BB type monomers 2-aminoterephthalic acid（ATA）and 2,6-diaminoterephthalic acid（DATA） were synthesized from terephthalic acid（TA）through nitration in mixed acid and reduction reactions in ethanol as solvent,Pd/C as catalyst and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent.The experimental conditions for the above reactions,such as materials ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time, were investigated. The optimal experimental reaction conditions were obtained.The molecular structures of product and its intermediates were identified by FT-IR and EI-MS.
