摘要
与普通混凝土相比,轻骨料混凝土具有密度小、质量轻以及很好的减震效果等优势,尤其在装配式建筑中具有很好的应用前景。以陶粒、炉渣、水泥、粉煤灰等为原材料,采用正交试验设计方法,配制出适合装配式建筑使用的轻骨料非结构构件混凝土。试验结果表明:水胶比和砂率是影响轻骨料混凝土力学性能的主要因素,试验最优方案为水胶比为0.65,粉煤灰取代率为50%,体积砂率为35%,符合轻集料混凝土隔墙条板的强度和面密度要求。
Compared with normal concrete,lightweight aggregate concrete with small density,low density, as well as the advantages of the very good damping effect, has the very good application prospect in the prefabricated buildings. With ceramsite, slag, cement, fly ash as raw materials, such as using orthogonal experiment design method, mode a suitable for prefabricated buildings use of lightweight ag- gregate concrete structures.Test results show that the water cement ratio and sand ratio are the main factors influencing the mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete, the best alternatives of test is the water/cement ratio is 0.65, the fly ash to replace rate is 50%, the volume of sand at a rate of 35%, fulfill the requirements of lightweight aggregate concrete strength and the surface density of the partition board.
