摘要
电沉积可用于修复混凝土裂缝,而电化学脱盐是除去混凝土中氯离子的有效方法,两种耐久性修复方法都基于电化学原理。两种方法同时使用,可变以往脱盐、补缝两步耐久性修复方法为一步修复方法,这对于受氯离子污染并已出现裂缝的混凝土是十分有利的。目前这方面的系统研究还相对缺乏。利用电化学脱盐与电沉积的各自已有的成果进行了脱盐与裂缝愈合同步的研究,获取修补裂缝和脱盐综合效果最好的通电电流密度,同时研究裂缝宽度、保护层厚度的影响。
Electrodeposition is a potential method for crack closure of concrete, while electrochemical chloride extraction ( ECE ) is ef- fective to remove chloride in concrete.Both durability rehabilitation methods base on electrochemistry. By combining these two methods, chloride removal and crack closure, which are traditionally achieved in two processes, can be achieved in a single process. That is benefi- cial to concrete contaminated by chloride and having corrosive cracks. Research on such field is relatively insufficient. Investigation of the combination of electrodeposition and ECE has been carded out to obtain a proper current density for better rehabilitation effect, The influences of crack width and concrete cover depth have also been studied.
