影响露石混凝土路面表面构造特征的因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对以往露石混凝土集料用量大、施工复杂且构造深度不可控的问题,提出一种纹理可控的露石混凝土路面制备方法-集料嵌入法,并通过室内试验研究了嵌入集料粒径、级配与用量对构造深度的影响,以及不同构造深度对露石混凝土的抗滑性能、轮胎-路面噪声的影响。结果表明嵌入法制备露石混凝土方法简单、节约成本;随着集料用量的增加,构造深度降低,且构造深度与集料用量的倒数呈线性关系;抗滑值与轮胎路面噪声受构造深度和集料粒径的共同影响,与构造深度呈二次相关性;单一粒径集料的露石混凝土抗滑性能与降噪能力高于级配集料露石混凝土。玄武岩露石混凝土的耐磨性比普通光面混凝土的耐磨性高3~5倍。 Aimed to the issues of huge aggregate quantity, complex construction and uncontrollable texture depth of exposed -aggregate cement concrete,it proposed a method of preparing controllable texture exposed - aggregate cement concrete pavement - aggregate in- sert method,and the effects of particle size, grading and usage amount of aggregate on structure depth were studied. Moreover, the effects of different depths on slippery performance and noise between tire and pavement of exposed - aggregate cement concrete were also discussed. Results show that the insert method is simple and economical. In addition, with the usage amount of aggregate increases, the texture depth decreases, which has a linear relation to the reciprocal of the aggregate amount. Anti - sliding value and noise are effect by both of texture depth and aggravate amount, and have second - related to depth. Slippery performance and noise reduction property of single particle exposed - aggregate cement concrete is higher than the multi - grading. The wearable property of exposed - aggregate ce- ment concrete composed by basalt is 3-5 times higher than the ordinary.
