摘要
对不同含钪量的6201铝合金进行挤压并随后进行固溶处理和不同时间的时效处理。测定其力学性能和导电性能,并进行盐雾腐蚀试验。利用SEM配合EDS形貌分析试样组织。结果表明,6201铝合金随着时效时间的延长,硬度先增后减,在时效10 h时获得峰值硬度;电导率先增后减再增,也在10 h获得峰值;钪的加入使合金的硬度提高,电导率下降,耐蚀性增强。
6201 aluminium alloy with different scandium contents was extruded,solution treated and aged for different times,then was subjected to measurements of both mechanical properties and conductivity and to salt spray corrosion test. The microstructure of the specimens was analyzed by SEM in conjunction with EDS patterns. It is found that as the aging time is prolonged,the hardness of the alloy first increases then decreases and reaches a maximum when aged for 10 h,and the conductivity of the alloy first increases then decreases and reaches a maximum when aged for 10 h. Furthermore,the addition of scandium to the 6201 aluminium alloy will render the hardness higher,conductivity lower and the corrosion resistance better.
