摘要
文章从健全预算管理组织、完善预算内容体系、明确预算编制程序和方法、细化预算编制、严格预算执行、强化监督与绩效考核等6个方面重点介绍江苏省省级机关医院开展全面预算管理的实践。
This paper introduces the practice of comprehensive budget management in Jiangsu Province Officials＇ Hospital from six aspects,including improving the budget management organization,perfecting the budget content system,making clear budget preparation procedures and methods,detailing budget preparation,enforcing budget execution,strengthening supervision and performance evaluation.
