With the rapid development of medical technology and application,the quality of life for patients has been significantly improved and the lifetime extended. At the same time,however,the medical costs are rising rapidly which has become the social concern. So it is of practical significance to analyze the impact of medical technology development to medical cost,to enhance the management of technology access and application,drugs and materials to promote rational use of high- tech medical technology,to control rapid growth in medical expenses,reduce the burden on patients,and improve the effectiveness of the Medicare Fund.
