摘要
为提高吸塑产品材料利用率,对原吸塑产品的分离裁切刀模进行改进,采用弹簧与开槽顶销先压紧片材再裁切产品,刀片离开片材后的一段距离内,片材废料和产品二者被开槽顶销仍压紧在砧板上,确保刀片先离开被切材料而顺利脱料,提高了材料利用率,降低了生产成本。
In order to improve the utilization rate of blister materials, the original cutting die for separating blister products was optimized. It adopted spring and a slotted pin to press sheet material and then cutting, ensured the scrap and product were still on the chopping block after the blade was removed from the sheet a long distance.
