摘要
评价化学发光微粒子免疫分析法(CMIA)检测心肌标志物抗干扰能力。采用CLSI EP 7-A2文件中配对差异实验方案评价A-plus试剂盒中胆红素、血红蛋白、乳糜对肌钙蛋白I、肌红蛋白和CK-MBmass干扰。361μmol/L未结合胆红素、902.5μmol/L结合胆红素、2.55g/L血红蛋白和3725FTU乳糜对心肌标志物测定无影响。CMIA法测定心肌标志物不受黄疸、溶血和乳糜等因素干扰。
Objective To evaluate the anti-interference ability of chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay( CMIA) for detection of cardiac biomarkers. Methods According to the paired differences experimental scheme of CLSI EP 7-A2 files,the interference of bilirubin,hemoglobin and chyle in troponin I and myoglobin and CKMBmass test were carried out. Results The results showed that 361 mmol / L of uncombined bilirubin,902. 5mmol / L of combined bilirubin,2. 55 g / L of hemoglobin and 3725 FTU chyle did not interference the determination of the cardiac injury markers. Conclusion The CMIA for cardiac injury markers determination may not be affected by factors such as jaundice,hemolysis and chyle.
