腹腔镜肾上腺及肿瘤切除术是泌尿外科腔镜手术中的难点,其中如何及何时处理肾上腺中央静脉被认为是手术的关键。传统手术方式通常先游离肾上腺及瘤体,后处理中央静脉,术中创面比较大,易导致出血及患者血压较大波动,极少有首先解剖式游离中央静脉新术式的报道。本文将详细介绍我们开展的精准解剖式腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的相关技术及经验体会。

Laparoscopic adrenalectomy is one of the most difficult urological laparoscopic surgeries.How and when to free and ligate the adrenal central vein is considered a key point during the operation.The traditional surgery dissects the adrenal gland and tumor first,then ligates the adrenal vein,which sometimes leads to fluctuations of blood pressure and severe bleeding.So far,there are very few reports on precise retroperitoneal laparoscopic anatomic adrenalectomy which ligates the adrenal central vein first
