手术室精细化护理安全管理模式的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of a meticulous nursing safety management modulee in operation room

目的:探究精细化护理安全管理模式在手术室护理安全管理中的可行性及临床应用效果。方法:选取我院48例心胸外科手术患者,随机分为观察组(24例)与对照组(24例),对照组采用常规的整体护理安全管理模式;观察组采用精细化护理安全管理模式。结果:观察组不良事件、差错发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,护士护理安全管理能力提升大于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室精细化护理安全管理模式可有效降低不良事故发生,提高患者满意度,增强护士的护理安全管理能力,具有较大可行性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the feasibility and clinical effect of a meticulous nursing safety management model module in operation room. Methods： 48 cases patients undergoing of cardiothoracic surgery patients were randomly divided into the observational group（24 cases） and control group（24 cases）. The control group was used managed with the routine holistic nursing safety management modemodule; and the observational group was treated with aused meticulous nursing safety management modulee. Results： the adverse events, and the rate of error occurrence rate of the observational group is was significantly lower than the control group, the degree of patients＇ satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, and the management capacity of the nursing safety enhance was significantly increasedgreater than that those of the control group, the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The meticulous nursing safety management mode module be applied to the operation room can effectively reduce adverse accidents, improve the degree of patients＇ satisfaction, and enhance the capacity of nursing safety management ability. This method is has now been proved to be feasible and can be introduced into, It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
