摘要
以马利筋(Asclepias curassavia)的种子作为外植体,进行进瓶诱导并建立无菌体系;在此基础之上对其进行增殖培养,结果表明:马利筋理想的增殖培养基为:MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L。
in this paper, in order to send flowers： scientific name for milkweed（Asclepias curassavia） seeds as explants, bottle feeding induction and establishment of aseptic system; on the basis of the cultured. The results showed that proliferation of milkweed ideal culture medium： MS ＋ 6-BA 1.5mg / L ＋ NAA 0.1 mg / L.
