自然法学派是西方法理中的三大派别之一,在西方的法学体系中占有极其重要的地位,对世界各国的法理学研究有很深远的影响。本论文从自然法学派的历史发展和基本观点、我国依法治国的发展和现状以及自然法学派对我国依法治国借鉴意义进行展开和论述。

Natural law school is one of the three factions in western legal theory,in the western law system occupies an extremely important position,the jurisprudence research of all countries in the world has a far-reaching influence. In this paper,from the historical development of natural law school and basic idea,development and status quo of the rule of law in our country,and the natural law party significance to the rule of law in China and discussed.
