新型空间电感矢量模型SRM无位置传感器研究

摘要 针对采用位置传感器控制的开关磁阻电机(SRM)的诸多弊端,提出了一种新型全速范围无位置传感器控制方案。在SRM静止启动时,采用脉冲注入法获取三相电感信息;在电机低速运行时,采用空闲相脉冲注入法获取三相电感信息;在电机高速运行时,采用积分磁链除以相电流来获取参考相电感信息。利用空间电感矢量模型与转子位置角度之间的反余弦函数关系,实现转子位置的间接估计。设计了以DSP为控制核心的数字信号处理系统,通过实验验证了该方法的可行性。 In view of disadvantages for switch reluctance motor(SRM) controlled with position sensor,a novel position sensorless control strategy over entire speed range is proposed.At startup,the voltage pulses is applied to all the phases over short time to obtain three phase inductance information.During low-speed drive operating,the voltage pulses is injected to the idle phase to obtain inductance information.When SRM operating at high-speed,inductance information is obtained through integral flux linkage divided by phase current.Function between inductance vector model and rotor position angle is indirectly used to estimate rotor position.The sensorless control algorithm is verified practicability by experiment platform based on DSP.
