摘要
研究了感应耦合电能传输(ICPT)系统,以串联补偿(SS)结构为例,分析了系统的电路和数学模型,提出使用Mathcad软件对其内部参数进行优化设计,以提高传输功率、效率和传递的距离。这种优化方法可以直观地找到适用于特定设计要求的优化点,以帮助设计出实际的ICPT系统,具有一定的普适性。以此为基础,提出了ICPT系统频率的优化方法,并制作了一个300 W的无线传能系统,距离为15 cm。无线电能传输部分效率在90%以上。实验结果证明了相关理论分析的合理性,以及优化方法的可靠性和普适性。
A novel method of parameters optimization for inductively couple power transfer(ICPT) system is proposed.The study is based on series-series(SS) topology.According to the optimization,the power level,efficiency and transfer distance can be improved.The optimization is carried out by Mathcad and the specified operating point is easily found.Moreover,the result is general for the design of the system.Based on the proposed method,a frequency optimization of ICPT system is discussed.In order to verify the theoretical analysis,a 300 W ICPT prototype with 15 cm distance is built.The result shows that the efficiency is above 90%.This result proves the rationality of the theoretical,and the reliability and universality of the optimization method.
