三相单级桥式APFC电流谐波抑制策略研究

摘要 电流型隔离全桥拓扑因其具有可实现软开关、输入电流相角自动跟踪输入电压等优点而被应用在三相单级有源功率因数校正(APFC)中。但该拓扑由于其工作特性,导致输入电流中存在一定量的低次谐波。为降低输入电流总谐波畸变率(THD),采用谐波注入技术,使占空比按照一定规律变化,有效减小了谐波含量,改善了输入电流的波形质量,优化了功率因数校正(PFC)效果,并通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。 Current-fed isolated full-bridge topology is widely used in three-phase single-stage active power factor correction(APFC) due to its advantages,such as achieving soft switching,phase-angle of the input-current automatically tracking that of the input voltage,etc.However,the operating characteristics of the topology cause low-order harmonics in the input current.The duty-cycle harmonic injection technique is used to reduce the input current harmonics.By changing the duty-cycle according to certain rules,the total harmonic distortion(THD) decreased effectively,the quality of the input current waveform is improved,and the power factor correction(PFC) effect get better.The theoretical analysis is verified by experiment.
