摘要
针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)传统直接转矩控制(DTC)磁链和转矩脉动大的问题,提出了一种矢量细分与占空比控制结合的改进DTC方法。该方法对传统6个电压矢量进行细分产生12个可选电压矢量,并结合占空比控制来减小转矩脉动。实验验证了所用方法可明显减小传统DTC中的转矩脉动,系统运行可靠,易于实现。
In order to solve the problems of large flux and toque ripples in the direct torque control(DTC) system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),an improved DTC method based on vectors subdivision and duty ratio control is proposed.In this method,traditional six vectors are subdivided into twelve vectors and duty ratio control is used in order to decrease torque ripples.Experimental results clearly demonstrate the proposed method can largely decrease torque ripples and the system has good reliability.
