Cultivation Mechanism Design of Family Farm-Taking Hefei as a Case

家庭农场作为现代农业发展的一种新型农业经营组织模式,是对家庭承包经营责任制的传承、丰富和发展,是实现农业生产集约化、专业化、规模化的有效途径。现代家庭农场的培育和发展又是一项系统工程,需要我们深入探讨和研究。以合肥家庭农场建设为个案提出家庭农场培育和发展应建立健全认定规范机制、政策扶持机制、合作激励机制、人才培育机制、社会化服务机制。

Family farm is a new type of agricultural management organization model, which is a kind of inheritance, enrichment and development of household contract responsibility system. It is an effective way to realize agricultural production intensification, specialization and scale. The cultivation and development of the modem family farm is a systematic project, which needs us to explore and study. This paper mainly discusses the strategies and suggestions on the cultivation and development of family farms in Hefei from the perspective of mechanism design, which aims to provide some ideas and intellectual support for the development of family farms in Hefei.
