品牌管理师处于组织或企业品牌文化管理的核心地位,不但掌握着组织或企业前途与命运的知识产权核心竞争力,还要负责组织或企业的无形资产的运作和增值的核心工作。知识产权的有效管理又给企业增加了无形资产的力量,促进了企业的管理模式的变革发展需要。企业形象的信息通过品牌管理师管理运作达到了营销计划目标,品牌管理师在企业发展的创新驱动中确定了核心地位。
The Brand managers are in the core position of managing an organization or an enterprise brand cul- ture. They not only hold the future of an organization or an enterprise's intellectual property right but also are in charge of an organization or enterprise's intangible assets management, Intellectual property right's effective management gives the power of increasing the company's intangible assets,promoting the innovation of an enterprise management mode. Brand image's information needs to be managed and operated by brand managers, so that the companies can reach their goal of the marketing Plan. Brand managers determine the core position by a company's development.
