摘要
绩效考评作为企业人力资源管理的一项重要任务,在企业管理中扮演着极其重要的角色。对绩效考评方法的设计应当充分考虑考评内容的全面性、考评方法的客观性和考评指标体系的科学性。基于层次分析法,对房地产企业工作环境及从业人员素质要求进行分析,在完成企业管理的规范化建设之后,依据得到的科学的、可操作的管理工作标准,分别对基层、中层及高层管理人员的考评方法、考评时间间隔及考评结果的综合分析进行了探讨,并以鞍钢房地产开发有限公司为例进行了相应的分析。
As an important task of enterprise human resources management, performance evaluation plays a very important role in many enterprises. Designing of performance evaluation method should consider the com- prehensiveness of evaluation content, the objectivity of the evaluation method and the scientificity of evaluation index system. This paper analyzes the working environment of real estate enterprise and the quality requirement of employees based on the analytic hierarchy process. After completing enterprise management standardization construction, on the basis of the resulting work standard, scientific and operational management of the primary, middle and senior management personnel assessment methods and assessment time interval and the assessment results are carried out a comprehensive analysis and Angang Real Estate Development co. LTD, is taken as an example for the corresponding analysis.
