自从1992年中韩建交,中韩的文化外交已经进入了一个新阶段、新局面。在全新的政治、社会、文化的时代背景下,中韩的文化外交将共同承担新的任务与责任,即共同创造"亚洲价值"。中韩将其具有共同特征的文化价值和现代化相结合,共同开创亚洲区域独特的文化价值。除了这一艰巨任务,中国还面临着"文化走出去"这一文化发展事业。因此借鉴与我国相似的文化价值观和强大的文化传播竞争力的韩国的成功经验将会给同属于东亚文化圈的中国以启示,其影响是积极深远的。

Since China and the ROK established diplomatic relations in 1992, South Korea＇s cultural diplomacy has entered into a new phase and a new situation. In the new political, social and cultural background, China and South Korea＇s cultural diplomacy will jointly take on new roles and responsibilities, which aims to create the ＂Asian values＂ together. China and South Korea will combine the modernization of their cultural values with common characteristics to create the Asia＇s unique cultural value. In addition to this arduous task, China is now faced with ＂cultural going out＂. As it＇s known that South Korea has similar cultural values with China and strong cultural competition in the world, so learning from its successful experience will bring enlightenment to China, which belongs to the same East Asian Culture, and the impact will be profoundly positive.
