应用型本科院校继续教育培训模式的研究与实践——以沈阳工程学院为例

学历继续教育的需求逐渐减少,继续教育承担国民学历教育补偿的任务越来越弱化,应用型本科院校继续教育可定位到服务于高端技能型人才培养上来。大力发展职业需求导向的非学历教育培训必将成为推进继续教育可持续发展的主要工作。构建完善的培训体系,创新实施体现个性化服务的"定制推送"培训教学运行模式,体现技能递进提升的"任务模块驱动"实训教学方法,促进产教深度融合,对于提高培训教育质量、打造品牌培训项目、实现校企双赢将发挥关键作用。

The requirements of degree continuing education are reducing gradually, continuing education undertakes compensatory tasks for national degree education while the roles are becoming weaker than before. Application-oriented universities should focus continue education orientation on serving cultivation of high-tech skilled talents. Vigorously developing non-academic education training will become the main task to promote the sustainable development of continuing education. Building perfect training system, implementing ＂custom push＂ teaching operation mode of personalized service innovation, reflecting ＂task module driven＂ practice teaching method, can play a key role in promoting the deep fusion of production and education, improving the quality of training education, building brand training project, and realizing the win-win result.
