吸脂腹壁整形术——附35例临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探索运用吸脂腹壁整形术进行腹壁形态重塑的效果和安全性。方法 2011年6月至2015年2月,共35例患者施行吸脂腹壁整形术。以直径2.5~3 mm的负压吸脂管进行全腹壁及侧腰部脂肪抽吸,抽吸完成后,采用选择性皮下分离的方法进行腹壁形态重塑,分离范围为双侧腹直肌内侧缘,切除多余皮肤后渐进性减张缝合腹壁。结果共治疗35例,28例Ⅰ期愈合,3例出现血肿,2例伤口局部裂开,经对症治疗后愈合;无皮瓣坏死发生。随访3~26个月,患者腹壁平坦,瘢痕不明显,外形满意。结论吸脂腹壁整形术是一种有效、安全的体型雕塑方法。 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of lipo-abdominoplasty in remodeling abdominal contour.Methods From June 2011 to February 2015, 35 patients underwent lipo-abdominoplasty. Liposuction was performed on the flanks and whole abdomen using superwet technique with a blunt cannula of 3 mm or 2.5 mm diameter. After liposuction,selective subcutaneous separation was performed to reshape abdominal contour. The undermining area was limited to the internal borders of the rectus abdominal muscles. Following removal of the redundant skin and subcutaneous tissue, the abdominal flap was sutured using the progressive tension anchor suture technique. Results Primary wound healing was achieved in 28 patients. There was hematoma in 3 cases, partial wound dehiscence in 3 case, which improved after symptomatic treatment. No flap necrosis occurred. After followed up for 3 to 26 months, the abdomens were flexible, and the incision scar was not invisible. All the patients were satisfied with abdominal contour. Conclusion Lipo-abdominoplasty is a safe and effective technique for abdominal contouring.
