摘要 变频驱动设备在海洋工程和船舶装备上大量应用,促使配套的变频器专用电缆也快速发展。文章针对船用变频电缆在应用中存在的各种问题,对船用变频电缆的结构、关键性能、电缆敷设等进行了探讨,阐述了各型结构在选型中的优劣、电缆绝缘耐压性能、接地导体和屏蔽性能指标要求,以及电缆敷设中的屏蔽和接地线的接地工艺。 As the variable frequency drives(VFD) widely used in the marine engineering and marine equipments, the special cable that supports the frequency converter develops rapidly. This paper discusses the problems of shipboard variable frequency cable during the application from the cable configuration, key performance and cable installation. It also introduces the type selection, the insulation and voltage property, grounding conductor and the demands of shielding performance for the dif erent cable coni gurations, and the process of the shielding and grounding wire during the cable installation.
