Experience in and Thinking about Sticking to Safe Production and Implementation of Details

安全生产是安全与生产的统一,其宗旨是安全促进生产,生产必须安全。搞好安全工作,改善劳动条件,可以调动职工的生产积极性;减少职工伤亡,可以减少劳动力的损失;减少财产损失,可以增加企业效益,促进生产的发展。生产必须安全,则是因为安全是生产的前提条件,没有安全就无法生产。安全工作需要关注过程活动的每一个细节,事故的起因往往是一时疏忽、一念之差及一次失误;安全工作需要落细落小、关注细节小事,严字当头、实字托底,从我做起、从小事做起,时时重视、事事关注、处处用心,消除每项隐患、稳固安全根基。

Safe production is the unity of safety and production, whose purpose is to promote production based on safety and to realize safe production. Doing safety work well and improving working conditions can mobilize the enthusiasm of workers about production;reduce the casualties of workers and can reduce labor loss ; reduce the loss of property, can increase the profit of enterprises, thereby undoubtedly promoting the production of development;the production must be safe because safety is the prerequisite of production, no production without safety. Safety work calls for attention to every detail involved in process activities because an accident is often caused by momentary negligence, a momentary slip and a mistake. Work safety calls for attention to little things, strictness and practicality, starting from the self, from little things, with attention paid to everything and everywhere .with each hidden hazard eliminated ,with safety foundation stabilized.
