摘要
本文介绍了哈锅为某电厂"上大压小"工程建设2×1000 MW二次再热超超临界湿冷机组的设计方案,运行模式和技术特点。哈锅自2010年初将研发二次再热作为新产品开发的重点,至今已经完成,并达到采用二次再热进一步提高机组的热效率、满足机组低压缸最终排汽湿度的要求。本机组是目前阶段最具实施条件的大容量超超临界机组发展的主导方向。
The design scheme,operation mode and design characteristics of the 2 × 1000 MW ultra-supercritical clammy unit with double reheat boiler for certain power plant designed by harbin boiler company limited are introduced in this paper. Since the early 2010,harbin boiler company limited have put the RD of double reheat as the key to new product development and have finished today. At the same time owing to the double reheat,units efficiency has been further improved.meeting the final requirments of the unit low-pressure cylinder exhaust humidity. On the current stage this unit is the most factual conditions of the large capacity ultra-supercritical unit's dominat development direction.
