AP1000非能动余热排出热交换器管板堆焊技术

摘要 通过选用优良的焊接材料,制定合理的堆焊工艺,顺利完成了AP1000核岛部件非能动余热排出热交换器的管板堆焊,并获得了质量和性能优良的堆焊层。结果表明,采用两侧交替堆焊的方式,带极埋弧堆焊与焊条电弧焊结合的方法,既能最大限度的保证堆焊效率,又保证了管板堆焊后的各种性能和尺寸要求。为第三代核电AP1000技术在我国的推广应用提供了宝贵制造经验。 The cladding of tubesheet of passive residual heat removal heat exchanger was carried out with first-class welding consumables and suitable cladding process. The quality and capability of cladding layers were excellent. The results showed that,the efficiency of production,the capability of cladding layers and the dimension of tubesheet could be wonderfully accomplished by introducing the method of alternant cladding with two side of tubesheet and the combination of strip submerged arc cladding and shield manual arc cladding. It has provided precious experience in manufacturing for the popularization and application of the third generation of nuclear power technology of AP1000 in China.
