摘要
本文以5083-O铝合金为例,提出了一种基于数值模拟的铝合金板材成形极限图(FLD)的获取方法。通过设计合理的加载方式,可以获取板材在不同变形路径下失效时对应的极限主应变。将本文获取的FLD应用于高速动车组司机室曲面覆盖件的冲压成形,预测了3组不同棱线半径下试验件的成形效果。在1600t油压机上进行试验验证,试验件成形后的失效方式及失效位置和预测结果相吻合。本文的研究可为板材成形极限的获取和成形效果预测提供理论依据。
The 5083-O aluminum alloy has been taken as an example, an obtaining method of forming limit diagram (FLD) has been put forward in the text based on numerical simulation.By designing reasonable loading method, the limit principal strains of sheet metal in various loading paths can be acquired at rupture.The obtained FLD has been applied in the stamp forming process of curved covering panels for high-speed train cab. Theforming effects of formed workpieces have been predicted with three types of ridge radius.The test verification has been carried out on 1600t oil pressure machine, and it is proved that the failure mode and the crack location are in consistent with predicted re- sults. It provides theoretical basis to obtaining of forming limit and forming effects prediction for sheet metal.
