摘要
采用FAO中储粮害虫的磷化氢抗性测定方法,对采自不同地区的锈赤扁谷盗和谷蠹2个品种8个品系进行磷化氢抗性测定。结果表明,上述储粮害虫均对磷化氢产生了不同程度的抗性。3个锈赤扁谷盗品系中:张家港种粮大户(ZJGCF)属低抗性(Rf=7.18),成都粮科所(CDCF)属中等抗性(Rf=11.45),苏州太仓粮库(TCCF)属极高抗性(Rf=1906.82);5个谷蠹品系中:张家港品系Ⅰ(ZJGRD-Ⅰ)、张家港品系Ⅱ(ZJGRD-Ⅱ)、福建三明(SMRD)和广东阳春(YCRD)均属中等抗性(Rf分别为16.88、22.63、21、20.38),湖北沙洋(SYRD)属高抗性(Rf=101)。通过分析测定结果,基本掌握了锈赤扁谷盗和谷蠹抗性发展情况。
Phosphine resistance of grain pests bring sgreat challenges to prevention control of pests,and the potential threat is a serious problem in the last 20 years,causing widespread concern around the word.We surveyed phosphine resistance in field populations of two major stored grain insects,Cryptolestes ferrugineus and Rhizopertha dominica,by using FAO method.The results indicated that,all above the mentioned stored grain insect species have a varying degree of resistance and resistant varieties have reached 100%.Among the three strains of C.ferrugineus,ZJGCF is a low-resistant strain(resistance factoris 7.18);CDCF is a moderate-resistant strain(resistance factoris 11.45)and TCCF belongs to a very high-resistant strain(resistance factor is 1906.82).Among the five strains of R.dominica,ZJGRD-Ⅰ,ZJGRD-Ⅱ,SMRD and YCRD are moderate-resistant strains(resistance factors are 16.88,22.63,21 and 20.38,respectively),and SYRD is a high-resistant strain(resistance factor is 101).
