摘要
选择不同品种、生产年度的5个小麦样品,对其进行渐次加水润麦,观测容重与水分变化的相关性。结果显示,小麦水分变化对其容重变化程度的影响因素多且复杂,总体上容重与水分含量呈负相关关系。另外,同一水分含量的小麦在吸水后的不同时期容重也显著不同,吸水初期体积迅速膨胀容重显著下降,随后容重又慢慢回升至一个相对较稳定的值。
5 wheat samples were celected from different varieties and production year,to be added water for gradual tempering.The correlation between vowme-weight and moisture content of the wheat was observed.Results showed the influence factors of moisture on the change of wheat volumine weight are complicated.On the whole,the volvaone weight and moisture content were negatively conelated.In addition for the same moisture content of wheat in different periods after absorbing water the volame weight is also sighnificantly different.The initial volume of wheat with water absorption was significamly decreased and the volume weight deereased significantly.Then the volume weight slowly increase to a relatively stable value.
