摘要
本文对快速准确检测白兰地中醛类及高级醇类化合物进行了研究,该检测方法能够快速地对白兰地中的主要香气成分进行检测,解决了乙酸乙酯和乙缩醛两峰定量不准,准确度高。
Rapid and accurate determination of aldehydes and higher alcohols in brandy was studied in this paper,which was effective and fast to detect the main aroma components. This method owns high accuracy and has solved the problems on inaccurate quantification of ethyl acetate and aldehyde acetal in brandy.
