摘要
对石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定小麦粉中镉含量的不确定度进行评定,分析了整个测试过程中不确定度的来源,并对各不确定度分量进行了计算。计算结果显示小麦粉中镉含量为0.44mg/kg,扩展不确定度为0.022mg/kg(k=2)。各不确定度分量计算结果显示,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定小麦粉中镉含量的不确定度主要来自标准工作曲线拟合产生的不确定度,其次是重复性实验不确定度。
The uncertainty of measurement in determination of the cadmium content of wheat flour with the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were analyzed in this paper, and the sources of the uncertainty of measurement were analyzed, the uncertainty components were calculated. The results showed that the content of cadmium in wheat flour is 0.44mg/kg and the expanded uncertainty is 0.022mg/kg(k=2). The results of the uncertainty components showed that the uncertainty of measurement in determination of the cadmium content in wheat flour mainly from the standard working curve, followed by the uncertainty of repetitive experiments.
