酶生物传感器法和国标方法检测农药残留的抗干扰效果对比研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用自主研制的酶生物传感器型农残检测仪,对比国标GB/T 5009.199-2003中的方法,就易于干扰检测结果准确性的蔬菜样品本地色、辛辣蔬菜中次生物质和加标静置时间这三个因素设计农药加标实验和加标静置实验进行对比验证。结果发现,酶生物传感器型农残仪由于配备了固定化酶作为检测元件,加上与其配套的检测流程,可有效解决有色样品中本地色、辛辣蔬菜中次生物质和加标静置时间长短干扰检测结果的问题。该检测方法测试结果重现性好、准确度高,此外对国标GB/T5009.199-2003中未涉及的部分农药(如毒死蜱、三唑磷)有较高的检测灵敏度,而这两种农药也是目前上海地区检出率很高的农药品种。作为一种有效的农药残留速测方法,酶生物传感器法能够更好地满足现场快速检测蔬菜中有机磷类农药残留的需求。 Based on the esterase inhibition actions of pesticides, a rapid detection instrument for pesticide residues was developed. It was compared with national standard method(GB/T 5009.199-2003) in terms of vegetable samples color, the secondary compounds in spicy vegetables and the static standing time which were easily apt to interfere the detection results. Reproducibility experiments, the standard addition experiments and static standing time experiments were designed. The results showed, our instrument was equiped with immobilized chicken liver esterase as the detection element, so the problem that samples color disturbed the results could be solved effectively. Furthermore, it couldn't be influenced by secondary compounds in spicy vegetables and the static standing time. Its test results were reproducible and accurate. It was also sensitive to some pesticides that couldn't be detected by national standard method, such as chlorpyrifos and triazophos. While these two kinds of pesticides had high detection rates in Shanghai. As an effective rapid detection method of pesticide residues, our instrument was able to complement with na tional standard method and can satisfy the demand to detect organophosphorus pesticide residues rapidly and timely.
