摘要
云南省昭通市以"粑粑"命名的小吃数不胜数,这些粑粑小吃所使用的食材种类繁多。在翻译这些极具当地文化特色的小吃时,首先要注重传达基本的信息,其次应尽量传播小吃所蕴含的地方特色饮食文化。
There are countless snacks named after Baba in Zhaotong, whose ingredients are of great variety. Translatin of those snacks with local pecularity calls for emphasis on transmision of their basic information, and secondly, efforts on dissemination of their peculiar local catering culture.
