摘要
软件产业对全球经济的发展的影响愈发重要,而我国的软件产业却处于落后的局面,对国内的巨大市场,我们应大量吸取国外的先进经验,结合我国国内环境,加强和加快发展软件产业的力度和速度。以技术发展为振兴软件产业的基础,以政府政策支持为软件产业发展的后盾,继承以有成功经验,排除一些困扰软件产业发展的障碍,使我国软件产业健康、有序、快速的发展。
The softare industry becomes more and more important to influencing tthe development of global economy, however, it falls behind in lur country. In the face of our domestic gigantic aarket, we shouldlarge-ly extract the overseas advanced experiences, strengthen and accelerate the efficiency and pace in develping it combining the circumstance in our country. Basing on the techonology development to perk it, backing on the govenment policy supporting, inheriting those successful experiences that we have gotten, removing those obstacles which puzzled in developing the software industry, and make it develop healthfully, orderly and rapidly in our country.
