摘要
为了验证时间同步系统的可靠性,防止由于卫星抖动或设备故障引起的时间同步系统失效给电网带来的潜在风险,在介绍了卫星导航系统故障案例以及电网对时间同步需求的基础上,分析了目前基于卫星的时间同步系统可能存在的安全风险,并对我国主要时间同步生产企业产品进行了相关试验,分析总结了产品存在的问题,提供了一种基于多源辨识技术的时间同步系统的安全测评方法。通过测试验证得出,采用多源选择算法可提高在时钟源切换或是有跳变情况下时钟装置输出的稳定性和可靠性。
In order to verify the reliability of the time synchronization system, to prevent the potential risk for the failure of the time synchronization system caused by the satellite jitter or equipment failure, the fault cases of satellite navigation system and the requirement of time synchronization in power system are introduced in this paper, also the possible security risks of time synchronization system based on the satellite is analyzed. After testing the products from domestic major manufactures, concluding the existing problems, this paper presents a kind of security evaluation method for time synchronization system based on multi-source identification technology. Verifi cation experiments show it can improve the stability and reliability of the clock output under the situation of time source switching or jumping by using multi-source selection algorithm.
