基于D_S证据理论的电力通信传输网风险评估 被引量:10

摘要 针对运用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)构造电力通信传输网风险评估指标体系时个体决策的主观性和不确定性问题,引入D_S证据理论实现多属性群决策,并针对D_S融合规则无法处理冲突证据的情况提出了一种新的融合规则,先利用欧氏距离计算得到的绝对可信度对原始证据进行修正,再利用改进的局部冲突概率分配权重对证据间的冲突概率重新分配。实验表明,该方法可靠性更高、收敛效果更好,解决了决策过程中的主观性问题,可为电力通信传输网风险评估提供科学的理论依据。 Aiming at the issues of the subjectivity and uncertainty of the individual decision making in constructing risk assessment index system of power communication transmission network using AHP, this paper introduces D_S evidence theory to achieve multiple attribute group decision and prestents new fusion rules to deal with conflict evidence case. Firstly, absolute credibility is utilizing by calculating euclidean distance to correct the original evidence, then the probability of confl ict between the evidences is reassigned according to the improved local conflicts probability distribution weights. Experimental results show that the method presented in this paper has higher reliability and better convergence effect, and which can solve the subjectivity in the decisionmaking process and provide a scientific basis for the risk assessment in power communication transmission network.
