摘要 随着电网的快速发展,电网的安全、经济运行对二次系统的依赖性日益增强。为提高电网一体化运行水平,解决二次系统种类繁杂、运行信息割裂、缺乏统一的建设和运行标准等问题,电力系统运行驾驶舱通过对各二次系统信息数据进行集成,建立了关键绩效指标(Key Performance Indicator,KPI)体系,结合地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)和远程调阅等技术实现了一站式的决策支持。试点应用结果表明,电力系统运行驾驶舱可为调度运行提供一个智能技术支持平台,提高调度运行工作的便利性,并为管理层提供有效的管理决策。 With a rapid development of the power grid, grid security and economic operation increasingly depend on the secondary systems. In order to improve the power grid integrated operation level and solve the problems of miscellaneous types of secondary systems, isolation of operating information and the lack of unifi ed construction and operation standards, power system operation cockpit(POC) is introduced to integrate the data of secondary systems and build a key performance indicator(KPI) system.(Geographic Information System) GIS platform and remote browsing techniques are combined to achieve a turn-key decision support. Pilot project shows that POC provides an intelligent platform for the dispatching operation and improves the convenience of dispatching and provides effective decision for management.
