摘要
为了解决配网线路尤其是农网线路故障率高、故障巡线困难和人员不足的难题,文章开发了一种基于GIS技术的配网运维智能终端系统,该系统将采集到的数据进行分析整理,再将分析后的数据发往智能手机端App,及时显示故障信息,同时该App集成GIS技术,可在客户端进行故障点定位、故障导航及最优抢修路径选择,以便及时抢修,提高了配网运维的安全性、准确性、高效性与到位率。系统在国网唐山供电公司得到了成功应用。
In order to solve the problems of high fault rate, difficult line inspection and lack of labors in rural distribution network, this paper develops a smart terminal system for distribution network operation and maintenance based on GIS, the system collects and analyzes data, then sends the results to the smart phone App to display the fault information in time, The App is integrated with GIS technology, which can provide fault location, fault navigation and optimal repair path selection. The proposed system improves the accuracy, efficiency and arriving rate of the distribution network operation and maintenance and has been applied successfully in State Grid Tangshan Power Supply Company.
