γ-氨基丁酸对渍水胁迫下小麦产量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)涝渍胁迫响应过程中的生理作用,利用5 mg/L GABA在人为渍水胁迫条件下喷施小麦叶片,检测逆境处理期间小麦叶片内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量与相对电导率,并于收获后测产。生理指标测定结果表明,与对照相比,GABA处理可以显著提高涝渍条件下小麦叶片内SOD、POD及CAT活性,同时显著降低叶片内MDA含量及相对电导率水平;测产结果表明,GABA处理可以显著提高渍水条件下小麦的产量。暗示GABA可以提高小麦对涝渍胁迫的抗性,进而增加小麦在涝渍条件下的产量。 To investigate the effects of γ-aminobutyricacid (GABA) on wheat growth under waterlogging, 5 mg/L GABA was sprayed on the wheat leaves which were treated with waterlogging. The activities of superoxidedismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catelase (CAT), and the content of malondialdehycle (MDA), relative electric conductivity, as well, were measured in the period of waterlogging, and the yield was measured after harvest. The results showed that GABA could significantly improve the yield and activities of protective enzymes in leaves, meanwhile, decrease the content of MDA and relative electric conductivity. These indicated that GABA could increase the resistance to waterlogging and thus improve the wheat yield under waterlogging.
