摘要
以张杂谷3号及其父本、5号及其父本为试验材料,研究了张杂谷及其亲本的灌浆特性。结果表明,子粒干重随开花后天数变化均可用Logistic方程拟合其灌浆曲线,拟合效果良好,且张杂谷植株在灌浆过程中干物质积累表现出"慢-快-慢"的生长规律。在相同的测定条件下,张杂谷3号、5号的平均灌浆速率均大于其父本。张杂谷3号前期的超亲优势为16.67%,中期为9.86%,后期无明显优势。张杂谷5号前期的超亲优势为50%,中期为5.17%,后期为73.91%。综合表现张杂谷5号的超亲优势大于3号。
Taking Zhangza millet No.3 and Zhangza millet No.5 and their parents as experimental materials, studied the similarities and differences of Zhangza millet No.3 and No.5 as well as their parents. The results showed that the curve of grain dry matter accumulation during the days after flowering could be simulated by the Logistic equation, and the fitting effect was good. Meanwhile, the dry matter accumulation of Zhangza millet showed growth curve of "slow-fast-slow" in the filling process. In the same test conditions, the average filling rates of Zhangza millet No.3 and No.5 were greater than their parents. In the early stage, the heterobeltiosis of Zhangza millet No.3 was 16.67%, and in the middle stage, it was 9.86%,in the later period it had no obvious advantage. The heterobeltiosis of Zhangza millet No.5 were 50%, 5.17% and 73.91%respectively. The comprehensive performance was that the heterobeltiosis of Zhangza millet No.5 was obvious superior than Zhangza millet No.3.
