活禽市场鸡源大肠杆菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Avian Escherichia coli

从山东聊城地区活禽市场鸡粪便中通过无菌操作分离、纯化得到纯种菌种34株,并进行革兰氏染色、镜检、生化鉴定试验。结果表明,34株菌均符合大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的培养特性。

34 strains of bacteria were isolated and purified from the manure of chickens market at Liaocheng, Shandong province. It were identified by Gram staining, microscopy and biochemical test. The results showed that the 34 strains were all consistent with characteristics of Escherichia coli.
