益生菌对南美白对虾生长和免疫力的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Probiotic Bacterium on the Growth Performance and Immunity of Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要 为了研究益生菌对南美白对虾生长和免疫力的影响,采用含不同嗜酸乳酸杆菌浓度的饵料对南美白对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)同时饲养进行试验,分成4组(对照组,浓度为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的试验1组、试验2组、试验3组)。结果表明,随着饵料中嗜酸乳酸杆菌浓度增加,增重率和特定生长率也增加,试验2组、试验3组均显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05),试验组的饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05),而成活率显著升高(P<0.05)。免疫指标也呈现类似变化,试验2组、试验3组的AKP、ACP、PO活性都显著高于试验1组和对照组(P<0.05),POD活性各试验组间则差异不显著(P>0.05),但都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,添加一定浓度嗜酸乳酸杆菌能有效提高南美白对虾的生长指标和免疫指标。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus on the growth performance and immunity of Litopenaeus vannamei. A total of 600 shrimp were fed four diets containing graded levels of Lactobacillus acidophilus(control group,test group 1,test group 2,test group 3), respectively. Results showed that with the bait of Lactobacillus acidophilus concentration increased,the weight gain rate and specific growth rate increased,test group 2,test group 3 were significantly higher than those in the control group and test group 1(P〈 0.05),feed conversion ratio of the test group was significantly reduced(P 0.05),while the survival rate was significantly increased(P 〈0.05).The immune index showed similar change.AKP,ACP,PO activity of test groups 2,3 were significantly higher than test group 1 and the control group(P〈 0.05),the POD activity of all test group were not significant difference(P〈 0.05),but were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 〉0.05).In conclusion, Lactobacillus acidophilus can improve the growth performance and the immune index of Litopenaeus vannamei effectively.
