摘要
采用纤维素酶解法提取爬山虎(Parthenocissus tricuspidata)根皮中白藜芦醇,考察酶解温度、酶解时间、酶添加量、乙醇体积分数以及浸提时间对白藜芦醇含量的影响。结果表明,爬山虎根皮中白藜芦醇含量最高,通过单因素试验确定了纤维素酶法提取爬山虎根皮中白藜芦醇的最佳工艺为10 g爬山虎根皮中酶添加量40 mg、酶解时间120 min、40℃条件下60%体积分数的乙醇浸提24 h,测得白藜芦醇含量为59.87 mg/kg。
In the process of enzymatic extraction for resveratrol from the Boston ivy root bark, the experiment discussed the effect of the reaction temperature,the reaction time, the enzyme dosage,ethanol concentration and extraction time on the extraction rate of resveratrol. The results showed that:10 g Boston ivy root bark and 40 m L water react with 40 mg cellulose in40 ℃ for 120 min, then adding 60 m L ethanol,extracting 24 h. And after centrifugation and filtration,the filtrate evaporated the menstruum under reduced pressure; then drying. white resveratrol extract; at last we measured the maximum extraction rate— ——59.87 mg / kg.
