三种楝科植物的挥发物成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了探究红椿(Toona ciliata Roem.)、毛麻楝[Chukrasia tabularis var.velutina(Wall)King]和非洲桃花心木[Khaya senegalensis(Desr.)A.Juss]3种楝科植物挥发物组分,采用动态顶空采集法利用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用法分析了这3种植物挥发性有机物(Volatile organic compounds,VOCs)的主要成分。结果表明,3种楝科植物挥发物组分有萜烯类、芳香烃类、醇类、醛类、烷烃类、酮类、酯类、酸类和酚类,且均以萜烯类为主,以(1R)-(+)-α蒎烯为主要成分。红椿释放22种化合物,萜烯类含量占67.41%;毛麻楝释放19种化合物,萜烯类含量占55.96%;非洲桃花心木释放21种化合物,萜烯类含量占81.27%。 To understand the constituent of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in Meliaceae,VOCs from Toona ciliata Roem.,Chukrasia tabularis var. velutina and Khaya senegalensis(Desr.) A.Juss were collected using the dynamic headspace analysis.Then,the main VOCs compounds were identified with gas chromatography / mass spectrum(GC / MS).Results showed that Toona ciliata Roem.,Chukrasia tabularis var. velutina,Khaya senegalensis(Desr.) A.Juss emitted 22,19,21 types of VOCs(mainly as1R-(+)-alpha-Pinene)respectively. These three species,with Terpenes,aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols,aldehydes, alkanes,ketones,esters,acids and phenols all found in the VOCs,with Terpenes the most abundant compound 67.41%, 55.96%,81.27%respectively.
