摘要
应用Solidworks软件对菌袋分离机的核心工作部件切碎分离装置进行建模,建模后采用ANSYS有限元软件对其模态分析,求解出切碎分离装配体前6阶的固有频率和振型,为避免共振和选择外部激励提供有效数据,同时也可为工作部件设计出合理支撑位置,对机器进一步优化。
The model of the core component in fungus bag chopped separator was built using Solidworks software. After building the model, model analysis was conducted by ANSYS to solve it's the fist six order and vibration mode. According to the results, the data which is useful to avoid resonance and select load, and the reasonable points of supporting machine can be provided and designed. Thereby, the machine can be optimized further.
