摘要
以湖北省1996-2008年为时间切入点,分别对以DMSP/OLS夜间灯光指数所体现的城镇化强度和以生态服务价值为代表的生态效益的时空变化及其之间的相关关系进行分析,探讨城镇化发展及生态服务价值之间的关系。结果显示,1在研究期间,湖北省城镇化强度经历了从最初较为分散的形态,演变为以武汉城市圈为中心的高值区集聚分布的状态,增长程度整体上由东至西依次递减;东部地区以武汉市为最高极,以圈状形态依次向外逐级减弱,西部地区除各地级市所在区域外,均呈现普遍低增长的态势。2生态服务价值方面,呈现"两头高、中间低"的基本形态,生态服务价值减少的区域主要集中于中部江汉平原和鄂北襄阳盆地地区,以各地级市及其周边县市区所在地最为严重;增加较为明显的区域则主要集中于鄂西秦巴、武陵山区以及鄂东幕阜山及武汉城市圈周边长江沿岸地区。3通过相关性分析说明,城镇化的推进与生态服务价值并非相互制约。从总体上看,城镇化的高强度和生态服务价值的低下在不同时期确实成正比,但城镇化强度的大幅增长并非会同样导致相同程度的生态服务价值的损失。城镇化与生态环境的关系符合环境库兹涅茨曲线,即城镇化的推进并不一定一直会对生态服务价值产生破坏,当城镇化发展所创造的大量社会财富能够反补于生态环境时,两者之间可以实现协调发展。
Intensity of urbanization can be reflected by DPMS / OLS night lights intensity index, and ecological effect can be reflected by ecological service value(ESV). Based on the corresponding data of Hubei province in 1996-2008, the spatialtemporal dynamics and the correlation of two indexes were analyzed to explore the relationship between urbanization intensity and ecological service value. The results showed that, 1 During the study period, the distribution of urbanization intensity experienced an evolution from decentralized form to aggregative form of Wuhan urban circle-centered high value areas. In general the growth degree was decreasing from east to west in turn, and in the eastern region, the growth degree was reducing from inside out gradually in the shape of ring, in which Wuhan metropolitan area was at the highest level, in the western region, except for each local-level cities, the growth degree generally showed low-growth status. 2 In respect of ESV, a high-low-high distributed structure was gradually formed in the western-central-eastern direction. The decreasing regions mainly distributed in Jianghan plain area in the central and Xiangyang basin in the north of Hubei. The increasing regions mainly distributed in Qinling and Ba Mountain, Wuling Mountain on the west of Hubei, Mufu mountain in the north of Hubei and the areas along Yangtze River around Wuhan urban circle. 3 Through the correlation analysis, the results showed that the advancement of urbanization and ecological service value were not restricted each other. In general, the high intensity of urbanization and the low of ESV was definitely proportional in different periods, but the surge of urbanization intensity was not always lead to the same degree of ESV damage. The relationship between urbanization and ecological environment was in accord with the environmental Kuznets curve, that is, the urbanization not always caused the damage to ecosystem, when the social wealth created by urbanization can be fed back to the ecosystem, the coordinated development will be realized between them.
