基于能源消费视角湖南省碳排放效应及影响因素分析

Analysis on Effect and Influence Factors of Carbon Emissions in Hunan Province from Perspective of Energy Consumption

根据IPCC给出的碳排放清单对湖南省的能源消费碳排放进行测算,分析其碳排放结构、时序特征,以了解湖南省的碳排放总体效应。随后,借助LMDI分解模型对湖南省碳排放的影响因素进行分解,探求影响湖南省碳排放的主要因素,以为后续提出低碳经济发展政策提供依据。研究着重探讨了湖南省在研究时序内的碳排放效应及影响因素构成,对引导湖南省减碳增汇、不断提高经济发展质量具有积极作用。

According to the carbon emissions inventories by IPCC, the carbon emissions of energy consumption in Hunan province was measured to analyze its carbon emissions structure, temporal features, to understand the overall effect of carbon emissions in Hunan province. Then, with the aid of LMDI decomposition model, the influence factors of carbon emissions in Hunan province were decomposed to explore the main factors influencing the carbon emissions of Hunan province, for providing a basis for proposing subsequent development policy of low carbon econom y. In the research the carbon emissions, effect and influence factors of carbon emissions in Hunan province during research time series were discussed emphatically, which would have positive effects on guiding carbon sink increasing and carbon reduction, and constantly improving the quality of economic development for Hunan province.
