摘要
农业信息化对于改变传统的农耕方式、提高现代农业生产率、提高农民生活水平具有重大的现实意义。为此,从国内外农业信息化的现状出发,重点介绍了辽宁省农业信息化服务创新体系取得的一些成绩、发展现状和存在的问题,并结合发达国家农业信息服务的先进经验和最新成果的分析,对辽宁省农业信息化服务体系的发展给出了建议。
Agricultural informatization have great practical significance for the change of traditional agricultural cultivation and the improvement of farmers＇ living standard. For this, based on the status quo of domestic and foreign agricultural informatization, the relative achievements, development situation and problems of the innovation system of agricultural informatization service in Liaoning province were introduced emphatically. And then combining with analysis of the advanced experience and newest research of agricultural information service in developed countries, some countermeasures to the development of agricultural information service system in Liaoning province were put forward.
